House Construction
April 2023
The House is located in Tynward South. It’s a 3 bedroom house. Master bedroom with en-suite. Open plan for kitchen and dining. It has a lounge with a gas fireplace and TV groove. Double lock up garage and a study room. Cantilever beams, Ring beam size is 255mm. Wall plate level is 3.2m.
Swimming pool
July 2022
The medium swimming pool size is 8m x 5m. The deep end depth is 1.9m. The shallow depth is 1m. The concrete grade is 30MPA. Plaster thickness is 40mm. Sky blue Pool plaster was applied to the plastered walls. 350 bag media tank was installed. The pool has one skimmer Box which at the center.Glitter stones where used for the outside paving. Project was done in Gweru
